Besides direct integrations into existing VTT systems, there are also various general tools that support online gaming. Our first general tool is presented below.

The Discord Bot Das Weiße Auge (The White Eye) helps explore the world of Aventuria and enhances your gameplay! Discord players have the possibility to import their Optolith Heroes and perform checks for talents, spells, liturgies and combat with simple commands. If you get hit despite a dodge or parry, you can calculate combat results, Astral Energy or Fate Points directly in Discord and track them in the integrated Character Sheet.
Gamemasters have full access to their group’s heroes and can also run hidden checks or regenerate 1d6 for everyone after a good night’s rest. Master tools like the easy to use name generator or random master characters will put the world at your fingertips and help you prepare your adventures or come up with things on the fly.
If you need to spontaneously look something up in the middle of a session, DWA is there for you. Whether it’s the rules wiki, one of the 1500+ game cards or converting years, currencies and units of measurement – you can do everything with one simple command.

What is Foundry Virtual Tabletop?
Foundry VTT is a stand-alone application with many functions to help you play tabletop role-playing games online with friends. It is a self-hosted application with features to support live game sessions.
In order to use Foundry VTT , you must first purchase a paid license as Game Master. Players can easily take part in a game session via a browser, but do not need a license themselves to participate. You can find more information about Foundry VTT on the official Foundry VTT website .

To play The Dark Eye on Foundry VTT you need is a license for the GM. The game system for The Dark Eye and the official TDE character sheet are integrated into the Foundry VTT and are freely accessible to everyone with a free install.
This covers the basic mechanics, including combat, but does not include rulebook text. We have also included a short adventure as a free module to get you started. In addition to the free rules, we will also be offering additional fee-based content, such as adventure modules, in the future. These can then be purchased through our shop when available.
